Founder-led outbound is often how businesses win their first customers.
As your business grows, relying on one person to generate opportunities becomes harder to sustain.
Building a successful sales development function isn't simply about hiring SDRs or BDRs, or increasing activity. It's about creating the right structure, processes and leadership so outbound becomes a consistent driver of pipeline.
Cedarwick works alongside founders and sales leaders to help build that foundation.

I started my career as an SDR before progressing into sales development leadership within B2B technology businesses.
Before founding Cedarwick, I managed a Global SDR team supporting EMEA, APAC and LATAM, working with enterprise sales teams targeting C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
I started Cedarwick to help founder-led businesses build stronger sales development teams by applying the experience I've gained throughout my career.
